Privacy Policy

Note on language. This Policy was originally written in Japanese. This English version is provided for your convenience. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

2.2 Information created as you use the Service

2.3 Information collected automatically

3. Why we use it

We use this information to:

  1. provide the Service — bidding, purchasing, storage, shipping and settlement;
  2. verify your identity and manage your account;
  3. ship goods internationally and complete customs formalities;
  4. charge, collect and refund payments;
  5. respond to your enquiries;
  6. send you important notices about the Service;
  7. prepare and keep the accounting records required by law;
  8. prevent misuse and to prevent and resolve disputes; and
  9. improve the Service and analyse how it is used.

We do not use your personal information for any other purpose without your consent.

4. Payment information

  1. Where you pay by PayPal, your card details are collected directly by PayPal. We never receive or hold them.
  2. What we hold is limited to a record that payment was made, the amount and the date.

5. Sharing your information

5.1 Sharing needed to provide the Service

5.2 Sharing required by law

We may share personal information without your consent where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's life, safety or property.

5.3 Where your information goes

Because the Service involves international shipping and payment, some of the parties above are located outside Japan. By using the Service you agree that your personal information may be transferred outside Japan.

6. How long we keep it

  1. We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Service.
  2. After you close your account we continue to keep transaction records that we are required by law to retain, together with information we consider necessary to prevent or resolve disputes. Where the law sets a retention period, we follow it; otherwise our guide is seven years from the end of our dealings with you.

7. Access, correction and deletion

  1. You may ask us to disclose, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  2. Where you ask us to delete it, we will delete information that identifies you — your name, address, telephone number and email address. Transaction records we are required by law to keep, such as amounts and dates, will be retained in a form that does not identify you.
  3. Please send your request to the address in section 1. We will confirm your identity before acting on it.
  4. If deleting your information means we can no longer provide the Service to you, we may close your account.

8. Cookies and analytics

  1. We use cookies where they are needed to run the Service, such as keeping you signed in.
  2. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. These tools use cookies to collect information, which does not identify you personally.
  3. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service will then stop working.

9. Keeping your information safe

To guard against loss, damage or unauthorised disclosure of personal information, we:

  1. encrypt data in transit using SSL/TLS;
  2. control who has access to it;
  3. train and supervise our staff; and
  4. supervise the parties we work with.

10. Changes to this Policy

  1. We may change this Policy.
  2. Changes take effect when published on our website.
  3. We will notify you by email of any significant change.

Supplementary provision

This Policy takes effect on 19 October 2026.
