| Service fees |
Our fees are set out in clause 4 of our Terms of Service. The amount for each
order is shown on the order screen before you place the order.
- Agency fee: a percentage of the item price, which varies with your membership rank, plus ¥500 per order
- Bank transfer fee: ¥300 per payment we make to a seller
- Forwarding fee: a tiered fee based on the value of each parcel
- Consumption tax: 10% on taxable goods, charged together with shipping
- PayPal fee: added where payment is made by PayPal

| Other charges |
In addition to the fees above, you pay:
- the price of the goods
- domestic shipping within Japan
- international shipping
- packing fees
- shipping insurance, if you choose it
- payment fees (PayPal)
Customs duties, import taxes and any other charges levied in the destination country are your
responsibility.

- Bank transfer (international remittance). All remittance charges are borne by you.

| Payment timing |
- Orders: you pay the estimated item price and fees in advance when you place your order, from your
account balance, by PayPal or by bank transfer. If payment by PayPal is not completed within the
time we specify, the order is cancelled automatically.
- If the winning bid is lower than your maximum bid, the difference is returned to your account
balance.
- Shipping: international shipping and related charges are confirmed after packing. Goods are
shipped once you have paid them.

| Service delivery |
- Once your payment is confirmed, we bid on or purchase the item for you.
- When the goods arrive at our warehouse, we store them free of charge for 12 months from the date
we receive them.
- We ship only when you submit a shipment request through the Service.

| Cancellation and refunds |
- A bid cannot be withdrawn once placed.
- An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been won or purchased.
- If we do not win the auction, or the shop cannot supply the item, the amount held for that item
is returned to your account balance.
- You may request the return of your account balance at any time. Remittance charges are deducted
from the amount returned.
- We are not the seller. We do not pursue returns or exchanges with sellers or shops on your behalf.
