- In the case that you cannot provide evidence (such as a photograph) that your item has been damaged or broken, your insurance pay out may be delayed or in some cases you may not be able to receive an insurance pay out.
- As a part of our “Item Inspection” procedure, JAA takes a digital photograph to document the condition of your item after it arrives to JAA. In the case that your item arrives to you damaged or broken, JAA will compare our photograph with the photograph you provide in order to judge whether your item has been damaged during International shipping or not.
