  • In the case that your item does not arrive

    1. Please check the "Mail News".
    2. If no shipping delay in noted for your country in the "Mail News", please contact JAA. Click here to email JAA.
    3. We will confirm your item's shipping state and reply to you.
  • In the case that your item arrives broken

    1. Please take a photo of the broken parts with a digital camera and describe the damage to us by email. Click here to email JAA.

 
     
 

- Attention -

  • In the case that you cannot provide evidence (such as a photograph) that your item has been damaged or broken, your insurance pay out may be delayed or in some cases you may not be able to receive an insurance pay out.
  • As a part of our “Item Inspection” procedure, JAA takes a digital photograph to document the condition of your item after it arrives to JAA. In the case that your item arrives to you damaged or broken, JAA will compare our photograph with the photograph you provide in order to judge whether your item has been damaged during International shipping or not.
