  • In the case that your item does not arrive

    1. After contacting JAA, immediately contact your local post office about your item.
    2. If your local post office judges that your item has been lost or stolen, JAA must contact Japan Post. In this case, please contact JAA immediately.
  • In the case that your item arrives broken
    1. Immediately contact the post office which delivered your item and enquire about making an insurance claim.
 
     
 

- Attenntion -

  • In the case of items that did not arrive:

    If you do not report that your item did not arrive within a period of 6 months - dated from the day after your item was shipped by JAA ? you cannot receive an insurance payout.

  • In the case of damaged or broken items:

    If you do not immediately contact the post office or delivery service which delivered your item after discovering that your item has been damaged or broken, you cannot receive an insurance payout.
