  • In the case that your item does not arrive
    1. After we receive your email, we will request Japan Post to investigate the whereabouts of your item.
    2. We will contact you as soon as we receive the results of the investigation from Japan Post.
  • In the case your item arrives broken
    1. In the case that we can confirm that your item has been damaged or broken, we will immediately make a claim for compensation to Japan Post.
    2. We will contact you as soon as we receive the results of the investigation from Japan Post.

  • Please be aware that in the case of items that do not arrive, it may take over 3 months for you to receive your compensation payout depending on the length of the investigation.
