Currently we mainly use EMS to to ship your items. In the case of oversized, we will ship your item via TNT.

1. Prohibited Exports
  The export prohibited items from Japan that cannot deal with JAA. Click and check further detail here.
2. Prohibited Imports
 

Some items may be prohibited or restricted for import in your country. If you order an item which is prohibited for import in your country JAA will decline your order Please thoroughly check the goods which are prohibited for import in your country before placing your order. We recommend checking with the customs department in your country for the most up to date information on prohibited imports.

3. Shipping Delay
  The delivery of your item may be delayed due to circumstances outside of the control of JAA, such as customs clearance delays, weather conditions and domestic circumstances in your own country. JAA cannot inform you if the delivery of your item will be delayed. We cannot answer requests regarding delayed delivery.
4. Lost, Stolen, Ruined Item
 

If your item is ruined, damaged, missing, you must open in front of a postal worker to make your insurance claim. JAA is not responsible for damaged, ruined, missing items. All items are insured and any incident should be taken up with the post office. ** If you didn't purchase insurance, you cannot claim a compensation without an orginal coverage on EMS & Sea Mail. JAA strongly recommends to purchase an insurace for unforeseen cases that your item is lost, broken, or stolen. Click here how to insure your item.

5. Customs
  Customs may be charged depend on the kind of item & country. JAA cannot pay the customs.
6. Insurance Claim
 

Please contact to JAA in the case that an arrival item has been broken or damaged. If you did not purchase an insurance, your item will not be compensated. How to purchase an insurance? Click here.

7. Retured goods after shipping
  We do not accept a goods returning after completing a shipment from JAA.
8. Change of a Shipping or Packing Method after Completing a Packing
  Please note that if you have any requests on packing or shipping method, please notify us BEFORE a packing completed. We are not able to meet your request or charge you the following costs after completing a packing.
  Packing : 1,000yen per package
  Shipping Method or Declaretion: 500yen per package
  **In regards to large or heavy items, if you want to repack we will charge you up to 10% of extra packing handling fee.
   
9. Extra Handling Fee for packing or shipping
  In case that you have any special reqeusts for packing or shipping, we will charge you an extra handling fee either expensive price 1000yen or 10% of the shipping fee for each package.
