To use this service you must enter JAA's Address when filling out the order form on the auction site or online shop where you are making your bid or purchase.

• Prohibited Imports

Some items may be prohibited or restricted for import in your country. If you order an item which is prohibited for import in your country, JAA will decline your order.

Please thoroughly check the goods which are prohibited for import in your country before placing your order. We recommend checking with the customs department in your country for the most up to date information on prohibited imports.

• Confirm your Item's Size & Weight

Oversized and overweight shipment is prohibited by Japan Post. Please click the following (Air Mail/Sea Mail) to comfirm the size and weight restrictions before you place your order.

• Order Cancellation on JAA Shipping Service

Please be aware that you cannot cancel orders once the bidding procedure has started. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email before your order is accepted.

• Goods Exchange & Return Policy
  1. Please be aware that JAA cannot return or exchange your item to the seller in the case of "No Claim No Return" items. In the case that the seller does not mention "No Claim No Return", JAA can make a request for an item return or exchange in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
  2. JAA Shipping Service:
     • We will return your item to the seller in the unforeseen case that it is broken, damaged or wrongly shipment. However, we ask you to undertake the refund procedure yourself. We cannot help you with the refund procedure.

• Penalty Fee

In the case that your payment is not made within three days of the reminder being sent, JAA will issue a notice of payment a week after the confirmation email was sent. If payment is still not received, JAA will issue a final notice of payment and you will be charged a penalty fee (of 10,000 Japanese Yen).

• Domestic Shipping Delay
  1. Domestic shipping may be delayed due to Japanese Holidays during the following periods: Dec.30-Jan.3, Apr.30-May.5, and Aug.12-15. JAA will inform our customers of this through our Mail News.
  2. The delivery of your item may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or domestic circumstances.
