- Prohibited Imports

- Confirm your Item's Size & Weight
Oversized and overweight shipment is prohibited by Japan Post. Please click the following (Air Mail/Sea Mail) to comfirm the size and weight restrictions before you place your order.
- Goods Exchange & Return Policy
Please be aware that JAA cannot return or exchange the goods to the seller in the case that the auction mentioned "No Claim No Return"or "JUNK" items. Also, we will not accept any claim on it, and all information and bid is responsible on you. In the case that the seller does not mention "No Claim No Return" or "JUNK" , JAA can make a request for an item return or exchange in the case of a broken, damaged, or ruined in a transit. If you are going to order "No Claim No Return" or "Junk" items, please use web-translator and accept all circumstances.
In case, it turned out that the item is overweighed or oversized and cannot be shipped to your country after arrival to JAA, we will return the amount you paid with proceeds after deduction of necessary cost (*returning shipping fee or any handling fee the seller or shop charged us).
- Making a Claim about Item Condition
JAA Japan Auction Agency is a deputy company, and we shall NOT accept any responsibilty about the item condition or status.You must carefully check the seller's explanations on auction. If you need translation, please use web-translator. We regard that you accept all responsibility the information about the ordered item as you placed order. Especially, "No Claim No Return" or "JUNK" item shall not be borne by JAA.
<Unless the following cases >
a) The item is broken, damaged, lost, or ruined in a domestic transit inside Japan. We will proceed an insurance claim.
b) The case that item was broken in a transit, and you purchased insurance. We shall not accept any responsibility in case that you have not purchased "Insurance" option.
Regarding the refunds
In the case that we could not make a successful bid or made a successful bid cheaper than your stated bidding price, we will refund the full amount paid or the balance to your deposit account.
- Domestic Shipping Delay
- Domestic shipping may be delayed due to Japanese Holidays during the following periods: Dec.30-Jan.3, Apr.30-May.5, and Aug.12-15. JAA will inform our customers of this through our Mail News.
- The delivery of your item may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or domestic circumstances.
JAA may charge extra fees in the following instances:
- The seller charged JAA a Handling Fee.
- As a surcharge for items that take more time & supplies to pack than normal.
- A Penalty fee may be charged if you make a cancellation after the purchasing procedure begins.
