What is Auction Service?

With JAA's Auction Service we place your bid on Yahoo Japan Auctions, and ship your item. By acting on your behalf every step of the way - bidding, shipping - we will watch over your purchase until your item is delivered to your door.

Other fees and costs

1.	Domestic Shipping Fee
	: Only the actual amount. (No cost if the seller states free delivery.)
2.	Bank Fee
	: 300yen per order.
3.	Transaction Fee
	: 3.9% + 40yen

FEE EXAMPLE - Auction Service-

	Bidding Price	: 5000yen
	Commission	: 900yen
	Bank Fee	: 300yen
	Transaction Fee	: 282yen
	Total	: 6482yen
*Overseas and domestic delivery cost is NOT included.

4.	Overseas Shipping Fee
	: After completing a packing and shipping procedure, we will send you a shipping invoice through PAYPAL.

Stages

1.	Order
	: Please place your order from your member's page. You can complete a order in a few minutes.

2.	Make a deposit
	: After you placed your order, JAA will send you a "Deposit Request" invoice via PAYPAL.
	*1. If you have enough amount on your deposit account, we will approve your order and start a bidding procedure immediately.
	*2. To save a time, you can make a deposit if you send us a deposit request before you order. You can know how to send a request. Click here.
3.	Start bidding
	: As soon as we confirmed your payment, JAA will start a bidding procedure. Our bid will be placed at the last minutes of the auction end to protect a bid price-gouging.
	*1. In case that you completed a payment outside business hours, we will update your deposit amount and apporve your order on next business hours.
4.	Successful Bid / Unsuccessful Bid
	: In the case of successful bid, we will contact to the seller and complete a payment on your behalf.
	: In the case of unsuccessful bid, the amount you paid will be returned to your deposit amount.
	*1. In the case that JAA could make a successful bid cheaper than your stated bid price, the balance(bid price, commission, and transaction fee) will be returned to your deposit amount.
5.	Item Arrival / Item Inspection
	: As soon as your item has arrived, JAA will inspect it. After completing inspection, we will send you a "Item Arrival" email to you.
	*1. In case that you chose "Temporary Item Storage", we will store the arrival item until you give us a shipping request .
6.	Shipping Procedure
	: After your order item arrived or a shipping request received, JAA will start a packing and shipping procedure and send you a shipping invoice.
	*1. Deposit amount cannot be used for an overseas shipping fee payment.
7.	Ship to you
	: JAA will send you a confirmation email after complete a shipment from JAA.

1.	Cost
	: JAA's fee is cheaper than any deputy services. Please check the following chart!

	*1. The domestic shipping cost is calculation at 160yen.
	*2. The above cost do not include an overseas shipping cost.
2.	Temporary Item Storage
	: "Temporary Item Storage" is useful option for the customer who wants to save an overseas shipping cost. We will pack your storage items all at once. This is a free and our original service.

3.	Item Inspection
	: JAA will inspect your order item as it arrived. In the case that we confirm damaged or ruined on shipment, we will make a claim to the seller on your behalf. This is a free and our original service.
	*1. In case that the selller states "No Claim No Return" on auction descriptions, there is a possibility that we are not able to return or exchange the arrival item.
4.	Return the difference
	: In case that we could make a successful bid cheaper than your stated bid price, the balance(bid price, commission, transaction fee) will be returned. Please check the following example.
