Our shipping department is closed on the day marked (X). In case that you send us a shipping request on the day, a packing will be started on next bussiness day.

Shipping Delay during Bon Holidays Period
From August 13 to 17 in Japan, there is a holiday period called Bon Holidays. We expect a shipping delay during the period, and package arrival will take 5 to 8 days more than usual. Thank you for your understanding and inconvenience.

Close Day: August 12, 7PM to August 15, 9PM
JAA closes from August 12, 7PM to August 15, 9AM due to Bon Vacation. During the period, we are not able to respond all orders, shipping requests, refund requests, deposit requests, or answer to your emails.

If you are going to place Auction Service orders that the auction closes duriing the period, please place your order by Augsut 12 in JP Time.

NOTE
1. You can place orders during holiday period, but the orders can be proceeded from August 15, 9AM.
2. Orders placed by August 12, it can be proceeded as usual.
