Updated our Refund Policy

So far, a transaction fee(3.9%+40yen) charged over the total refund amount when your deposit amount is back to your PAYPAL account. However, transaction fee won't to be charged future. In other words, the whole amount on your deposit can be returned to you.

Note

In case of the payment after 60 days, PAYPAL refund system cannot be used. In this case, transaction fee will be charged from PAYPAL since we return you the amount with using different way.
If you would like to start a refund procedure, please send us a Refund Request from top of your member's page. We will refund the amount from 1 to 2 business day.
