New JAA is coming soon...
From January 27, 2008, JAA Japan Auction Agency renews a payment system, fees, and member's page. Please check our new systems below.

1.
 For system change and maintenance, we will temporary close the following period.
January 19 to January 26, 2008
2.
 Our customer support, shipping department, and order receptionist closed during the above period. If you want to send your storage items, please send us a shipping request by January 17(JP Time).

 Due to the new fees and payment system, we will end JAA Premier Member on January 18, 2008. JAA Premier Discount can be applied to the order by January 18, 2008.
 
4.
 Due to the system changes, we are not accept the Auction Service order which auction is closed from January 19 to January 26, 2008.
1. New Payment System
 

From January 27.2008, our payment system is renewed to Deposit System.
All customers require to complete a payment before we approve your order.

Stages from order to purchasing/bidding
  1. Order
  2. JAA will send you a deposit request through PAYPAL.
  3. Complete the payment
  4. Your deposit amount will be updated.
  5. Start puchasing and bidding.

 You can check the deposit amount on your member's top page anytime.
2.
 In the case of unsuccessful bid or successful bid cheaper than your stated bid price, we will return the balance to your deposit. The refund will be processed on next business day in the case of outside hours.
2. New Commission, Bank Fee, Transaction Fee, and Domestic Shipping Fee.
  From January 27.2008, JAA will introduce you a new commssion, bank fee, transaction fee, and domestic shipping fee.

In the case of unsuccessful bid or successful bid cheaper than your stated bid price, we will return the amount to your deposit .

The domestic shipping fee will be charged adding on the overseas shipping fee payment. You can know the domestic shipping cost on your member page after the item arrival.
3. New Member Pages
  To be more user-friendly and simply! All member pages are renewed.
 
4. Note
  1. To provide you a perfect member pages and systems, we will temporary close from January 19 to January 26, 2008. Our business will restart and introduce the new systems from January 27, 2008. During the period, our customer support and shipping department are closed. If you would like to ship your storage items, please send us a shipping request by January 17, 2008.
  2. Due to the new fees and payment system, we will end JAA Premier Membership on January 18, 2008.
  3. Due to the system changes, we are not able to accept Auction Service orders that auction closed from January 19 to January 26.
