Changes to JAA's Auction Service payment method
JAA currently bills customers after a successful bid. However, from October.1.2006 (Japan Time), payments will be required before bidding commences. The following changes will occur with the introduction of the new payment system:

In the case that we could not make a successful bid on your item
JAA will immediately return the entire amount paid after emailing to inform you of an unsuccessful bid. A “Refund your money” email will be sent to you from both JAA and Paypal after you have been completely refunded.

In the case that we could make a successful bid cheaper than your stated price
JAA will immediately return the total balance owed: the balance of the item price, commission and transaction fee. You will be informed by email when you have been fully refunded.
- In the case that the auction closes before you make your payment
Both your order and the bill for the item will be cancelled. A “Decline your order” email will be sent to your registered email address.
