Bank Fee system is changed.
Bank fee is charged every order, but it will be charged every payment to a seller or online store.

If you purchase mulitple items from one site or seller at same time, you can reduce a cost.
The extra bank fee will be back to your account after completing a payment to the seller or shop.

Note

A refund of bank fee is available only the case that we are able to complete a payment to the seller or store at one time.
A refund to you will be made after complete a payment to the seller or store. This refund is not available when you make a payment.
