  • You can track and trace your item by using the Tracking Number. Click the following URL(http://www.ems-post.jp/index.php?lang=en&langBtn=Go), and enter your tracking # in the upper left column marked "Item Number". You can track your item on the Internet 24 hours a day.
  • JAA will inform you of your item's "tracking #" immediately after we ship your item. You can track & trace your item on the Internet half a day after receiving the "Your item is shipped" email from JAA.
  • Online tracking is available only for EMS shipping. Customers, who chose "Sea Mail" or "Small Packet", cannot track & trace their item on the Internet.
