First, please choose "Temporary Item Storage" option when you place an order to JAA. If you chose the option, we will store the goods after goods arrival. If you would like to ship your storage items, please take following steps.

1. Login to your member's page. (https://www.japan-auction-agency.com/system/login.php)
2. Please point cursor to "Your Orders" and click "Temporary Storage List".
3. Check the box you want to ship and submit the reqeust.

We will immedaitely start a packing and shipping procedure as soon as the request has been confirmed.
