1) How can I know the result of the inspection?

JAA will send you a "Your item has arrived" email immediately after your item arrives. It contains the result of the inspection.

2) What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrectly shipped?

You don't need to worry about it. JAA will contact the seller or online shop to organize an exchange or refund.

3) What is "No Claim No Return"?

Sellers on Yahoo! Japan Auctions sometimes specify “No Claim No Return” on the items they sell. It means that you cannot make a claim about the item after you receive it. Please check & read the item details carefully when the seller states “No Claim No Return”.
