1) How can I know the details of my discount?
After securing a successful bid on your item, JAA will send you a "Successful Bid" email. Details of your discount are specified in this email. You can also check the details of your discount from the member's page.
2) Is the discount available for all services?
Discounts are only available on the Auction Service. Please be aware that the discount service is not available on the Online Shop Service or JAA's Shipping Service.
