2) Can I order any item?

You can order any item excluding the following:

1. Prohibited Exports
2. Items prohibited for import in your country
3. Cars & Real Estate
4. Items that exceed size & weight limits (Air Mail/Sea Mail)

3) How can I confirm my item's current status?

You can confirm your item's present status by logging into your member page. Click here to to see how to confirm your item details.

4) What is the "discount" available on the Auction Service?

JAA offers a discount on commission, item price, and transaction fee when your item has been secured with a bid cheaper that your stated price. Click here to see more details about “Discount your bill”.

5) How can I make my payment?

JAA will send you your bill using Paypal after a successful bid has been made on your item. You can use funds in your PayPal balance, PayPal Buyer Credit line, PayPal Plus Credit Card, credit or debit card, or confirmed bank account to make your payment.

Please make your payment within a week of receiving the payment email.
