3) EMS or Small Packet?

Basically, JAA will automatically choose EMS or Small Packet depending on the weight and price of your item. However, if you wish to specify either EMS or Small Packet, click here to see how.

4) Can you deliver any item?

• JAA cannot deliver the following items:
  1. Prohibited Exports
  2. Items prohibited for import in your country
  3. Cars (*Car Parts CAN be exported)
  4. Items that exceed size & weight limits (Air Mail/Sea Mail)

5) Tell me the size & weight limits for overseas shipping.
