1. How can I make a deposit? |
|
You have two ways to make a deposit.
1) Place an order
We will send you a "Deposit Request" through PAYPAL after we
confirmed your order. In case, there is any shortfall for service fee or shipping fee, we calculate and charge only the difference.
2)Send us a Deposit Request from your member's page
As soon as your request confirmed, a "Deposit Reqeust" through
PAYPAL. |

2. How can I confirm my deposit amount or history? |
|
You can check your deposit amount or history on the top of your member's page anytime. |

3. Can I use my deposit for all payments? |
|
Of course you can. You deposit can be used service fee, shipping fee, or all payments. In case, there is any shortfall for service fee or shipping fee, we calculate and charge only the difference. |

4. How can I withdraw my deposit amount? |
|
Please send us a refund request from your member's page. It can be sent from the top of your member's page.
*NOTE*
1. All refund will be transferred to your PAYPAL amount.
2. Due to related a refund system on PAYPAL, fully refund is available within 60 days from your payment. However, we will refund the money with using "Send Money" after 60 days,and a transation fee(3.9% + 40yen) will be charged over the refund amount in the case.
